Abstract
Porezni sustavi su jedinstveni sustavi za svaku drŽžavu zasebno. Hrvatski porezni sustav je mlad i pluralan i u kontinuiranom razvitku od neovisnosti države. Opća podjela poreznih oblika u poreznom sustavu RH se odnosi na drţavne, županijske, općinske ili gradske, zajedničke te poreze od igara na sreću i naknade za priređivanje igara za sreću. U radu se posebno analizira kretanje županijskih poreza u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj ţupaniji. Najznačajniji županijski porez kojim se uprihođuju sredstva u županijskom proračunu je porez na cestovna motorna vozila. Analize koje su provedene pokazuju kako međusobni udjeli županijskih poreza ne odstupaju značajno u analiziranom vremenskom razdoblju dok porezi koji spadaju u skupinu ţupanijskih poreza financiraju tek manjim dijelom proračun Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.
Abstract (english)
Tax systems are unique systems for each state separately. The Croatian tax system is young and plural and in continuous development since the independence of the state. The general division of the tax forms in the tax system of the Republic of Croatia is into state, county, municipal or city, joint and taxes on games of chance and fees for organizing games of chance. The paper analyzes the movement of county taxes in the Split-dalmatia county. The most significant county tax when we talk about the amount of revenue it brings is the tax on road motor vehicles. The analyses carried out shows that the mutual shares of county taxes do not deviate significantly in the analyese period, while only taxes that belong to the group of county taxes finance only a small part of the budget od Split-dalmatia county.
