Abstract
U ovom radu definira se pojam platnog prometa u Republici Hrvatskoj i Pouzdana autentifikacija klijenata u platnom prometu citiranjem Zakona o platnom prometu, Zakona o elektoničkom novcu i Delegirane uredbe Komisije 2018/389 Europske unije koja daje upute kako aktivnosti prilikom platnih transakcija učiniti što sigurnijima. Kako bi se što bolje razumjela uloga pouzdane autentifikacije, u ovom radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja o raširenosti korištenja kontaktnih i beskontaktnih plaćanja. Kako razvoj tehnologije zahtijeva što bolju sigurnosnu zaštitu i provjeru prilikom elektroničkih platnih transakcija, objašnjeno je kako se pouzdana autentifikacija provodi na primjeru Privredne banke Zagreb.
Abstract (english)
This paper defines the concept of payment operations in the Republic of Croatia and Reliable Authentication of Payment Transactions elaborated in detail by quoting the Payment Transactions Act, the Electronic money Act and most importantly the Commission Delegated Regulation 2018/389 of the European Union which provides detailed instructions on how to make payment transaction activities as secure as possible. In order to better understand the role of reliable authentication, this paper presents the results of research on the prevalence of contact and contactless payments, and how the development of technology requires better security and verification in electronic payment transactions and how reliable authentication is implemented on the example of Privredna banka Zagreb.
