Abstract
Kaizen metoda upravljanja troškovima je usmjerena prema poboljšanju produktivnosti, učinkovitosti, kvalitete i općenito uspješnosti samog poslovanja. Kaizen metoda upravljanja troškovima je stoga priznata kao metoda poboljšanja koja se primjenjuju na ključne procese. Ona je usmjerena na generiranje dobiti jedne korporacije, no ujedno predstavlja siguran način da se stekne lojalnost klijenata, tj. vjernost. Upravljanje Kaizenom predstavlja čvrst strateški instrument, sa ciljem da se nadmaše ciljevi tvrtke. 5S predstavlja temeljnu tehniku koja omogućuje povećanje učinkovitosti i produktivnosti samog poduzeća, osiguravajući ugodnu organizacijsku klimu. Na temelju Kaizen metode upravljanja troškovima te implementacijom 5S strategije usmjerava se prema rastu poduzeća iz dana u dan. Na taj način poduzeće uči da se napreduje malim promjenama, odnosno kako usvajanje malih znanja vodi prema kvaliteti ukupnog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Kaizen method management is aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, quality and overall business performance. The Kaizen method is therefore recognized as an improvement method applied to key processes. It is aimed at generating the profits of a corporation, but at the same time it is a sure way to gain customer loyalty, ie. fidelity. Kaizen management is a solid strategic instrument, with the goal of exceeding the company’s goals. 5S is a basic technique that allows you to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company itself, ensuring a pleasant organizational climate. Based on the Kaizen method and the implementation of the 5S strategy, it is focused on the growth of the company day by day. In this way, the company learns to make progress through small changes, ie how the acquisition of small knowledge leads to the quality of the overall business.
