Abstract
Sustav nadzora kontrole i prikupljanja podataka je programski paket koji upravlja procesorskim uređajima, te nadzire i kontrolira cijeli industrijski proces. Centralno računalo sustava nadzora kontrole i prikupljanja podataka omogućava dvosmjernu komunikaciju i upravljanje uređajima i elementima EES-a. U radu se prikazuje veza centralnog računala s ostalim korisnicima sustava nadzora kontrole i prikupljanja podataka. Daljinskim upravljanjem mjernim uređajima prikupljaju se podaci s udaljene lokacije te se šalju u kontrolni centar. U stabilnom stanju prikupljanje podataka nema neku važnost, ali u prijelaznim i dinamičnim promjenama prikupljanje informacija je neophodno.
Abstract (english)
The control and data collection monitoring system is a software package that manages processor devices, and monitors and controls the entire industrial process. The central computer of the control and data collection control system enables two-way communication and control of devices and elements of the power system. This paper represent the connection of the central computer with other users of the control and data collection monitoring system. Remote control of measuring devices collects data from a remote location and sends it to the control center. In a stable state, data collection is not important, but in transient and dynamic changes, information collection is necessary.
