Abstract
Tema ovoga završnoga rada je Sklapanje i raskid ugovora na daljinu. U ovome radu je teorijski obrađeno pitanje sklapanja ugovora na daljinu i njegov raskid. Obrazlažu se bitni sastojci ugovora i drugi pojmovi važni za shvaćanje postojanja samoga ugovora. U današnjem svijetu kapitalizma ugovor na daljinu je postao ustaljena praksa. Zakonodavna tijela Europske unije uvidjela su njihovu važnost te su donošenjem akata nastojala poboljšati i olakšati njihovu primjenu kao i ojačati zaštitu potrošača. Uvođenje reda i postavljanje jednakih pravila za sve diljem Europe može predstavljati ideal kojem svako moderno društvo treba težiti.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is Concluding and terminating a distance contract. This final paper theoretically deals with the issue of concluding a distance contract and its termination. The essential components of the contract and other terms important for understanding the existence of the contract itself are explained. In today’s world of capitalism, distance contract has become an established practice. The legislative bodies of the European Union have recognized their importance and, by adopting acts, have sought to improve and facilitate their application as well as to strengthen consumer protection. Establishing order and setting equal rules for all across Europe can be an ideal that every modern society should strive for.
