Abstract
Fiskalna politika danas je neizbježan dio svakog gospodarstva.Ona je skup svih mjera jedne države (vlade) kojima se utječe na zarade, imovinu fizičkih i pravnih osoba s ciljem prikupljanja sredstava za financiranje društvene potrošnje. Također, korištenjem fiskalnih instrumenata (poreza, javnih rashoda, javnog duga) država utječe na ukupne gospodarske troškove: zarade, zaposlenost, privredni rast itd. U Hrvatskoj postoje razni gospodarski problemi vezani uz vođenje kvalitetne fiskalne politike. Pravilnim vođenjem i upravljanjem fiskalna politika u Hrvatskoj bi trebalo pomoći u poticanju gospodarskog rasta i razvoja te intervenirati u preraspodjeli dohotka.
Abstract (english)
Fiscal policy are an unvoidable part of today's economy.It is a set of all measures of one state (government) that affect on profit, assets of the natural and legal persons with the aim of raising funds for financing social spending. Also, through the use of fiscal instruments (taxes, public expenditures, public debt) the state influence on total economic costs: wages, employment, economic growth, etc.In Croatia exist numerous economic problems attached with implementation of quality fiscal policy. With sound governance and management fiscal policy in Croatia should help to boost economic growth and development.
