Abstract
Europski poljoprivredni fond za ruralni razvoj (EAFRD- Agricultural Fund for Rural Development,) kao dio Kohezijske politike Europske unije čija financijska alokacija 2014. -2020. iznosi 2,026 milijardi eura ima za cilj ojačati ruralna područja na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske te pojednostavljenje provođenja europske politike ruralnog razvoja. Putem ovoga fonda nastoji se umanjiti gospodarska razlika između regija unutar Europske unije, a to se želi postići razvitkom poljoprivrede. Iz fonda se može financirati 85% ukupne vrijed nosti projekta u cilju pružanja podrške za obnavljanje ruralnog područja te održavanje razvijenosti istih. Europski poljoprivredni fond za ruralni razvoj namijenjen je poboljšavanju upravljanja i kontrole nad politikom ruralnog razvoja, ulaganju u uspostavu ekološke i teritorijalne ravnoteže, zaštitu klimatskih uvjeta i uvođenje inovacija u poljoprivredni sektor. Putem programa nastoje se riješiti zajednički prioriteti Europske unije, a to su prijenos znanja u poljoprivredi, šumarstvu i ruralnim područjima,stvaranje konkuretnosti, očuvanje ekosustava te promicanje društvene uključenosti, smanjenje siromaštva i razvitak gospodarstva u ruralnim područjima na više razine.
Abstract (english)
European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) as part of the European Union Cohesion Policy whose financial allocation is 2014-2020. amounting to € 2.02 billion, aims to strengthen rural areas in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and to simplify the implementation of the European rural development policy. This fund seeks to reduce the economic gap between regions within the European Union, and this is to be achieved through the development of agriculture. The Fund can finance 85% of the total value of the project in order to support the rehabilitation of rural areas and maintain their development. The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development is intended to improve the management and control of rural development policy, invest in the establishment of ecological and territorial equilibrium, protect climate and bring innovation into the agricultural sector. The program seeks to address the common priorities of the European Union, namely the transfer of knowledge in agriculture, forestry and rural areas, creating competitiveness, preserving ecosystems and promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in higher levels in rural areas.
