Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je obvezno osiguranje od automobilske odgovornosti. Rad se bavi proučavanjem tj. uspoređivanjem polica osiguranja. Da bi zaštitili vlastiti ekonomski interes, vlasnici, odnosno korisnici automobila, dužni su po zakonu sklopiti ugovor o osiguranju automobilske odgovornosti za štetu koju uporabom motornog vozila nanesu trećim osobama zbog smrti, tjelesne ozljede, narušena zdravlja, uništenja ili oštećenja stvari. Ugovaranjem police automobilske odgovornosti Osiguravajuće društvo će umjesto osiguranika koji je skrivio prometnu nesreću vozila platiti štetu koju je pretrpjela treća osoba.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis covers compulsory insurance for automobile liability. This thesis explores the reserch of insurance policies. In oder to protect the economic interests of the owners or drivers of vehicles, it is imperative that the lae on car liability insurance for a motor vehicle transfers the responsibility of damages (that are due to death, bodily injury, injury to health, and loss or demage to property) over to third-party. By settling the car liability policy, the insurance company will pay a third-party benefit to the insured peerson who has suffered the accident instead of the insured person.
