Abstract
Izaslanim se radnikom smatra radnik koji se privremeno upu ćuje na rad u inozemstvo u neprekidnom trajanju duljem od trideset dana. Za osiguranika izaslanog radnika doprinos se obraĉunava prema mjeseĉnoj osnovici za obraĉun doprinosa izaslanog radnika. Mjeseĉna osnovica za obraĉun doprinosa iznos je što ga utvrĊuje poslodavac polazeći od najviše mjeseĉne plaće koju bi izaslani radnik ostvario za iste odnosno za sliĉne poslove u Republici Hrvatskoj prema ugovoru o radu, pravilniku o radu, kolektivnom ugovoru ili posebnom propisu, uvećana za 20 %.
Abstract (english)
A worker sent out shall be considered to be a worker who is temporarily employed abroad for a continuous period of more than thirty days. For the insured worker, the contribution is calculated according to the monthly basis for calculation of the contribution of the worker. The monthly basis for calculating the contribution is the amount determined by the employer, starting from the highest monthly salary that the posted worker would have earned for the same or similar jobs in the Republic of Croatia under the employment contract, rulebook, collective agreement or special regulation, increased by 20%.
