Abstract
Svrha ovog završnog rada bila je ukazati na sve češću problematiku mobbinga u radnom okruženju koja ostavlja posljedice ne samo na žrtvu, nego i na poduzeće u cjelini te se negativno odražava na same poslovne rezultate. Posljedice mobbinga mogu biti pogube, a najčešće žrtvu prati depresivno stanje te posttraumatski stresni poremećaj. Ranije se vjerovalo kako je rizik od pojave mobbinga veći u nekim profesijama, posebno u poslovima koji su tradicionalno muški, međutim, njegova pojava je česta i kod drugih poslova budući da su u današnje vrijeme žene češće zastupljenije u brojnim drugim sektorima. Pod ovim n se pojmom podrazumijeva svako neželjeno ponašanje fizičke, psihičke ili spolne naravi kojemu je cilj povrijediti dostojanstvo zaposlenika, a koje uzrokuje strah ili neprijateljsko, ponižavajuće ili uvredljivo okruženje. To je vrsta negativnog odnosa i ponašanja između kolega, nadređenih ili trećih osoba u poduzeću s kojima je zaposlenik u kontaktu.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this final paper was to highlight the increasingly common problem of mobbing in a work environment that has consequences not only on the victim, but also on the company as a whole and has a negative impact on the business results themselves. The consequences of mobbing can be devastating, most often accompanied by a depressed condition and post-traumatic stress disorder. Earlier, it was believed that the risk of mobbing was higher in some professions, especially in jobs that are traditionally male, however, its occurrence is also common in other jobs, as women are now more often represented in many other sectors. This term is understood to mean any undesirable conduct of a physical, psychological or sexual nature aimed at violating an employee's dignity, which causes fear or a hostile, degrading or abusive environment. It is a type of negative attitude and behavior between colleagues, superiors or third parties in the company with whom the employee is in contact.
