Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog rada je teorijski obrazložiti i na praktičnom primjeru putničke agencije Raftrek Travel d.o.o. prikazati mogućnost specijalizacije putničkih agencija za pustolovni turizam u Republici Hrvatskoj. S obzirom na to da pustolovni turizam u svijetu ubrzano raste vrijeme je i da Republika Hrvatska bude uvrštena među zemlje koje nude široke mogućnosti za razvoj ovog oblika turizma budući da posjeduje izvanredne prirodne potencijale. U tome svakako uvelike doprinose i specijalizirane putničke agencije koje kreirajući proizvode za uske tržišne niše povećavaju kvalitetu ponude usluga u destinaciji. Pri tome osiguravaju i svoj opstanak na tržištu, budući da ih dinamične promjene na turističkom tržištu i na strani turističke ponude i na strani turističke potražnje potiču na specijalizaciju. Putnička agencija Raftrek Travel d.o.o. je primjer dobre prakse agencije specijalizirane za pustolovni turizam.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this paper is to theoretically explain and to show possibilities of specialization of travel agencies for adventure tourism in the Republic of Croatia, following the example of travel agency Raftrek Travel d.o.o. Considering the massive growth of adventure tourism in the world, it is time for Croatia to be included among the countries that offer a wide range of possibilities for development of this type of tourism, given the country's extraordinary natural potential. Big part of that are travel agencies that creates products which improves quality of services in given destination. By improving their services they are ensuring their position on the market. Also dynamic changes in touristic market are encouraging agencies to specialize. Good example of specialized travel agencies is Raftrek Travel d.o.o.
