Abstract
Predmet završnog rada je privlačenje ljudskih potencijala. Najvažniji čimbenici uspješnih organizacija su ljudi, odnosno njihove kompetencije, talent, sposobnost i predanost poslu. Iz tog razloga one organizacije koje prepoznaju važnost ljudskih potencijala shvaćaju da ulaganje u ljude, odnosno privlačenje najboljih zaposlenika stvara uspješnu organizaciju. Dakle, za organizaciju su potrebni prije svega motivirani i sposobni zaposlenici koji svojim poletom, inteligencijom, energijom i entuzijazmom uspješno rješavaju postavljene zadatke i na taj način ostvaruju ciljeve organizacije. U današnje vrijeme kada je na tržištu rada sve manje radne snage tvrtke sve više ulažu u privlačenje ljudskih potencijala materijalnim i nematerijalnim kompenzacijama. Cilj završnog rada je definirati ljudske potencijale pri čemu se pojašnjava njihovo privlačenje. Cilj je teorijski istaknuti na koji način se upravlja ljudskim potencijalima pri čemu se na praktičnom primjeru tvrtke Links d.o.o. pojašnjava kako i na koji način oni planiraju odnosno privlače ljudske potencijale.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the final paper is the attraction of human resources. The most important factors of successful organizations are people, namely their competencies, talent, ability and dedication to the job. For this reason, those organizations that recognize the importance of human resources understand that investing in people, or attracting the best employees, creates a successful organization. Therefore, the organization requires, above all, motivated and capable employees who, with their enthusiasm, intelligence, energy and enthusiasm, successfully accomplish the tasks set and thus achieve the goals of the organization. Nowadays, when the labor market is shrinking, companies are increasingly investing in attracting human resources through tangible and intangible compensation. The aim of the final paper is to define human resources and to clarify their attraction. The aim is to theoretically highlight how human resources are managed, using the practical example of Links d.o.o. explains how and how they plan or attract human resources.
