Abstract
Posao svake države jest provođenje različitih mjera i zadataka u svrhu podmirivanja brojnih društvenih potreba i utjecaja na privrednu stabilnost i rast. Za provođenje istih nužno je da svaka država osigura prihode putem kojih će namiriti nastale troškove provedenih poslova. Odrednica da su porezi obvezna davanja znači da jednom kada dospiju na naplatu trebaju biti i uplaćeni državi. U suprotnom država može prisilom (sudovima) ostvariti svoje pravo. Svrha poreznog sustava ne ogleda se samo u sferi prikupljanja novčanih sredstava za zadovoljavanje javnih potreba već u izvršenju brojnih zadataka u području ekonomskog, društvenog i političkog života. Ne postoji jedinstveni porezni sustav koji bi se koristio u svim državama zbog brojnih okolnosti u kojima se dvije države razlikuju. Upravo iz tog razloga postoje brojni faktori koji utječu na oblikovanje poreznog sustava i provođenje porezne politike. Promet nekretnine je svako stjecanje vlasništva nekretnine u Republici Hrvatskoj. Pod pojmom nekretnine podrazumijevaju se građevine i zemljišta. Građevine su stambene, poslovne i sve druge zgrade, te njihovi dijelovi. Zemljišta su poljoprivredna, građevinska i druga zemljišta. Prihod od poreza na promet nekretnina pripada jedinici lokalne samouprave na području koje se nekretnina nalazi. Domaće i strane fizičke ili pravne osobe izjednačene su u pogledu plaćanja poreza na promet nekretnina.
Abstract (english)
Business each state is implementing various measures and tasks for the purpose of settling the many social needs and the impact on economic stability and growth. For their implementation it is necessary that each state revenues, through which will defray the costs incurred conducted affairs. Definition of taxes as compulsory payments means that once you become due, shall be paid to the state. In the state of denial can duress (courts) to exercise their right. The purpose of the tax system is not only reflected in the sphere of collecting funds for public needs but in the execution of a number of tasks in the field of economic, social and political life.There is no single tax system that would be used in all countries due to a number of circumstances in which the two countries are different. For this reason, there are numerous factors that affect the design of the tax system and the implementation of tax policy. Traffic nekeretnine every acquisition of ownership real estate in Croatia.The term real estate include the building and land. Buildings are residential, commercial and all other buildings, and parts thereof. Plots are agricultural, building and other land. Revenue from taxes on real estate belonging to the local self-government in the territory of which the property is located.Domestic and foreign natural or legal persons are equal in regard to the payment of taxes on real estate.
