Abstract
Porezi su prisilna davanja koja građani plaćaju državi ne dobivajući protučinidbu. Dijelimo ih na državne, županijske, gradske ili općinske, zajedničke, poreze na dobitke od igara na sreću i naknade za priređivanje igara na sreću i naknade za priređivanje nagradnih igara. Porez na dohodak spada u zajedničke poreze, a on se dijeli na pet izvora. U nastavku će se detaljnije obraditi drugi dohodak kojim se smatra sve što nije dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, samostalne djelatnosti, dohodak od imovine i imovinskih prava i dohodak od kapitala. Od ovih pet navedenih izvora, jedino drugi dohodak može spadati u konačni i godišnji dohodak. U ovom radu će se objasniti pojam, porezni obveznici, porezna oslobođenja, te obračun drugog dohotka. Odrediti će se stope paušalnih izdataka, izdataka za doprinose, poreza na dohodak i prireza porezu na dohodak.
Abstract (english)
Taxes are compulsory benefits that citizens pay to the state without receiving counter-acts. We divide them into state, county, city, or municipal, community, gambling tax and gambling and sweepstakes fees. Income tax is a common tax, and it is divided into five sources. Below, the second income, which is considered to be anything other than self-employment income, nonindependent work income, income from property and property rights and income from capital, will be discussed in more detail below. Of these five sources, only secondary income can be considered as final and annual income. This paper will explain the concept, taxpayers, tax exemptions, and calculation of secondary income. The rates of lump sums, contribution expenses, income tax and surtax on income tax will be determined.
