Abstract
Dohodak od nesamostalnog rada regulira Zakon o porezu na dohodak. Definira se kao razlika između primitaka i izdataka koji su nastali u istom obračunskom razdoblju, a proizlazi iz radnog odnosa i propisa koji uređuju rad i radni odnosi. U ovom završnom radu možemo vidjeti kako se obračunava zaostala i neisplaćena plaća, doprinosi te porez i prirezprilikom obračuna poreza primijenjen je i osobni odbitak važeći za svaki mjesec dospjele plaće. Također se definiraju prava radnika u slučaju neisplate plaće kao i obveze poslodavca te dokumentacija koja je propisana Pravilnikom i Zakonom o porezu na dohodak.
Abstract (english)
The income from independent work is regulated by the Income Tax Act. It is defined as the difference between receipts and expenses incurred in the same accounting period, arising from employment and regulations governing labor and employment. This final paper, identifies how the arrears and unpaid wages, contributions, and taxes and surtax are calculated in the calculation of taxes. The personal deduction applicable to each month of arrears is applied. It also defines the rights of workers in the event of non-payment of wages as well as the obligations of the employer and the documentation prescribed by the Regulations and the Law on Income Tax.
