Abstract
Pisane komunikacije, čiji je cilj prenošenje poruke, nazivamo pisanim poslovnim komunikacijama. Odvijaju se unutar poduzeća ili između poduzeća i okoline, a mogu se odvijati u papirnatom ili elektronskom obliku. Pisane komunikacije predstavljaju poslovnu organizaciju – omogućuju upoznavanje poslovnih partnera s našom ponudom, načinom i uvjetima poslovanja naše organizacije. Iz toga možemo zaključiti da je funkcija poslovnog komuniciranja omogućavanje stvaranja i učvršćivanja postojećih poslovnih odnosa i veza. Svaka pisana poslovna komunikacija započinje inicijativom ili dobavljača prema potencijalnom kupcu ili upitom kupca prema prodavatelju.Do realizacije komercijalnog poslovanja dolazi odabirom najpovoljnijeg dobavljača, a zaključujemo ga pisanim ugovorom, zaključnicom, narudžbom ili narudžbenicom.
Abstract (english)
Written communications, with a goal of transmitting a message, are called written business communications. Written business communications take place within the company or between the company and the environment, and they can take place in paper or electronic form. Written communications represent a business organization – enable the introduction of business partners with our offer, our way of work and terms of business of our business organization. From this we can conclude that the function of business communication is to enable the creation and consolidation of existing business relationships and connections. Any written business communication begins with the initiative of a supplier or by submitting a supplier offer to a prospective buyer. On an offer, the customer responds by asking the supplier for information about the product and terms of purchase. The realization of a commercial business comes from choosing the most suitable supplier and we conclude it with a written agreement, an endorsement, an order, or a purchase order.
