Abstract
U ovom radu, pomoću modela za predviđanje financijske nestabilnosti, dobiveni su rezultati na temelju kojih se može procijeniti financijska stabilnost i vjerojatnost stečaja poduzeća. Analizirana su 3 hrvatska poduzeća u razdoblju od 5 godina. Za izračun i analizu korišteni su podaci iz temeljnih financijskih izvještaja. Uspoređujući rezultate točnog predviđanja najbolji rezultat dali su Altmanov Z score model i Springate score model. Koristeći ta dva modela hrvatski menadžeri i dioničari mogu dobit na vrijeme upozorenja o mogućoj financijskoj nestabilnosti, te pravovremeno mogu poduzeti akcije za uklanjanje uzroka stečaja te ostvarenje što većeg uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, using the model to predict the financial instability is the results obtained on the basis of which it assessed the financial stability and bankruptcy of enterprises. For the analy sis it is used 3 Croatian companies in the period of 5 years. For the calculation and analysis it is used the data onto the basic financial statements. By comparing the outcome of accurate prediction the best result in predicting bankruptcy is given by Altman Z score model and Springate score model. Using that models Croatian managers and shareholders can have an early warning of possible finance distress and take actions so that appropriate turnaround activities can be implemented much more successfully.
