There are numerous types of events that meet with promotional, special, cultural, entertainment, humanitarian, media, sports, protocol, corporate events, new and private media events every day. The most common goals of the event are to attract interest and support ideas, shape the desired image, strengthen reputation, strengthen relationships with potential users, increase publicity and sales, and gain the necessary resources. The main elements that influence the success of an event are time, location, content, organization, budget, and communication. Usually, more people are involved in organizing events. In many cases, it is useful to set up an organizational committee and clearly assign the roles and responsibilities of the members of the board. There should be a named event manager who has overall control over the event ultimately responsible for the board's main decisions. A successful manager should have the ability to compete in all situations, both foreseeable and unpredictable.
