Abstract
Kreditne rejting agencije predstavljaju sve važnije sudionike kako financijskih tako ujedno i gospodarskih sustava. Tumači se kako sam spektar njihovih aktivnosti, a ujedno i usluga koje se pružaju vrlo intenzivno raste i samim time sve prisutnije su u područjima u kojima do sada nisu imale značajnu ulogu. Kreditne rejting agencije su agencije koje pružaju informacije potencijalnim kreditorima o potencijalnim dužnicima. Na ovaj način dolazi do dodjeljivanja kreditne ocjene koja označava konkretnu kreditnu sposobnost samog zajmoprimca. Temeljni cilj ovog rada usmjeren je prema opisu važnosti kreditnih rejting agencija i sam proces određivanja kreditnog rejtinga.
Abstract (english)
Credit rating agencies represent increasingly important participants in both financial and economic systems. It is interpreted that the spectrum of their activities, as well as the services they provide, is growing very intensively and thus they are more and more present in areas where they have not played a significant role until now. Credit rating agencies are agencies that provide information to potential creditors about potential debtors. In this way, a credit rating is assigned that indicates the specific creditworthiness of the borrower. The main goal of this paper is directed towards the description of the importance of credit rating agencies and the process of determining the credit rating itself.
