Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada su međunarodno tržište obveznica. Obveznice su tipični zajmovni, kreditni vrijednosni papiri, a njihovom emisijom uspostavlja se kreditni odnos između emitenta i kupca obveznica. Tržište kapitala obuhvaća dogovorno tržište dugoročnih kredita i glavnice te tržište dugoročnih vrijednosnih papira. Tržište vrijednosnih papira je tržište kapitala u užem smislu. Tržište kapitala može biti primarno ili sekundarno. Obveznice su pogodne za investitore s visokom averzijom prema... More riziku i za smanjenje rizika u portfolio selekciji vrijednosnih papira. Posebno međunarodno tržište za državne vrijednosnice ne postoji, nego države, odnosno vlade su najveći sudionici globalnog tržišta, kao emitenti i kao institucionalni investitori. Cilj rada je objasniti financijske instrumente, podjelu i obilježja te tržište kapitala. Definirati će se obveznice, vrste prema sistemu amortizacije i prema izdavatelju. Pojasniti će se detaljno međunarodno tržište obveznica i na koji način funkcionira takvo tržište s aspektom na tržište vanjskim obveznicama i euroobveznicama. Less

The subject of this final work is the international bond market. Bonds are typical loan, credit securities, and their issue establishes a credit relationship between issuer and buyer bonds. The capital market comprises an agreed market for long-term loans and equity and the market for long-term securities. The securities market is the capital market in the narrower sense. The capital market may be primary or secondary. Bonds are suitable for investors with high risk aversion and for reducing... More portfolio risk portfolio selection. There is no special international securities market, but the state or government is the largest global market participant, both as issuers and as institutional investors. The aim of the paper is to explain the financial instruments, the division and characteristics and the capital market. Bonds, types according to the depreciation system and the issuer will be defined.
