Abstract
Turistički aranžman je integrirani proizvod turističke agencije, a predstavlja skup komplementarnih usluga namijenjenih zadovoljenju turističkih potreba turista-potrošača. Kreiranje raspisanog aranžmana je proces koji se sastoji od brojnih faza no najkompleksniji dio je u što većoj mjeri prilagoditi konačan proizvod – aranžman različitim potrebama i željama potencijalnih klijenata. Prilikom kreiranja raspisanog aranžmana agencije moraju voditi računa o kreativnosti aranžmana. Turistima je potrebno ponuditi širok spektar sadržaja i putovanje učiniti što zanimljivijim, no treba imati na umu da prenatrpanost programa izaziva kontra efekt te je potrebno postići ravnotežu između slobodnog vremena za vlastite aktivnosti putnika tijekom putovanje te onih aktivnosti uvjetovanih programom. Upravo najveći nedostatak raspisanog aranžmana je nemogućnost prilagodbe individualnim potrebama turista.
Abstract (english)
Package tour is an integrated product of the travel agency that represents a set of complementary services designed to meet the needs of a tourist. Creating a package tour is a process that consists of many phases but the most complex part of the process is to adjust to the greatest extent the final product - arrangement to the different needs and wishes of potential clients. When creating a package tour, agencies must consider creativity of the tour. They need to offer a wide range of content and make the journey as interesting as possible. However, it should be kept in mind that the overcrowding of the program can be countereffective and it is necessary to strike a balance between leisure time during the journey and those activities conditioned by the program. The greatest shortcoming of the package tour is the inability to adapt to the individual needs of tourists.
