Abstract
U ovom završnom radu provedena je usporedna financijska analiza poduzeća u maloprodaji za 2022. i 2023. godinu. Rad je strukturiran tako da je u prvom dijelu teorijski obrađena financijska analiza, financijski izvještaji te instrumenti i postupci financijske analize, a u praktičnom dijelu rada primijenjeni su navedeni postupcima primjerima poduzeća Tommy d.o.o., Studenac d.o.o. i Plodine d.d. Horizontalnom i vertikalnom analizom bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka uočene su promjene u svakom poduzeću zasebno u 2023. godini u odnosu na prethodnu te pomoću bilješki interpretirane su iste. Uvođenjem financijskih pokazatelja u usporedbu su stavljena sva poduzeća zajedno i na taj način komentirana je njihova likvidnost, zaduženost, aktivnost te profitabilnost.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a comparative financial analysis of companies in retail for the years 2022 and 2023 was conducted. The thesis is structured in such a way that the first part theoretically covers financial analysis, financial statements, and the instruments and procedures of financial analysis, while in the practical part of the thesis, the previously mentioned procedures are applied to the examples of the companies Tommy d.o.o., Studenac d.o.o., and Plodine d.d. Through horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the income statement, changes in each company in 2023 compared to the previous year were observed, and these changes were interpreted using the notes. By introducing financial ratios, all the companies were compared, and their liquidity, indebtedness, activity, and profitability were commented on.
