Abstract
Završni rad "Društvena mreža za filmove" bavi se realizacijom društvene mreže nazvane Rec, koja omogućuje korisnicima ocjenjivanje, recenziranje i preporučivanje filmova te povezivanje s drugim filmskim entuzijastima putem preporuka i komentara. Osim toga, aplikacija nudi automatski generirane preporuke filmova na temelju korisnikovih interesa, kao i organizaciju prikaza filmskih projekcija. Za izradu poslužiteljske strane (engl. backend) dijela aplikacije (APIja) korišteni su programski jezik Java i okvir Spring Boot, dok je korisničko sučelje (engl. frontend) realizirano pomoću JavaScript jezika i React biblioteke. Tijekom izrade primijenjeni su principi čistog koda (engl. clean code) kako bi se postigla bolja čitljivost i jednostavnost koda. Cilj završnog rada nije bio samo stvoriti spomenutu društvenu mrežu, već kroz njezinu izradu analizirati, isprobati i povremeno preispitati postojeće standarde, te donijeti zaključke o različitim metodama i funkcionalnostima korištenih tehnologija.
Abstract (english)
Final project "Movie Social Network" focuses on the development of the social network named Rec, which allows users to rate, review, recommend movies, and connect with other movie enthusiasts through recommendations and comments. Additionally, the application offers automatically generated movie recommendations based on users' interests, as well as the organization and display of movie screenings. For the development of the backend (API), the Java programming language and the Spring Boot framework was used, while the user interface was implemented using JavaScript and the React library. Throughout the development, "clean code" principles were applied to achieve better readability and simplicity. The goal of the final project was not only to create the aforementioned platform but also to analyze, test, occasionally even reassess existing standards, and to draw conclusions about different methods and functionalities of the technologies used.
