Abstract
Troškovi obuhvaćaju sve resurse za potrebna dobra i usluge kako bi se izvršio poslovni proces, stoga je nužno njihovo pažljivo praćenje i upravljanje. Upravljanjem troškovima nastoji se postići maksimalna dugoročna korist od svakog uloženog iznosa te ostvariti postavljeni cilj uz što manje troškove. Kroz praćenje, analizu i upravljanje troškovima, poduzeće može znatno poboljšati učinkovitost upravljanja svojim poslovanjem i bolje planirati svoje aktivnosti koristeći pouzdane informacije. Ovo je ključno za uspješno vođenje poslovanja i konačno postizanje konkurentske prednosti na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Costs encompass all resources necessary for the required goods and services to carry out the business process, thus their careful monitoring and management is essential. Cost management aims to achieve maximum long-term benefit from each amount invested and to accomplish the set goal with minimal expenses. Through tracking, analyzing, and managing costs, a company can significantly improve the efficiency of its operations and better plan its activities using reliable information. This is crucial for successful business management and ultimately achieving a competitive advantage in the market.
