Abstract
Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća temu hibridnog dizajna ramena kao dijela sustava ovjesa automobila. Rame će biti izrađeno kao trodijelni sklop spojen adhezijskom vezom kompozita s karbonskim vlaknima (CFRP) i legure aluminija. Zbog iznimno male mase uz veliku krutost CFRP je sve češće korišten u automobilskoj i moto sportskoj industriji. Fokus istraživanja je adhezivni utjecaj pri različitim temperaturama stvrdnjavanja, uz primjenu različitih površinskih obrada i zračnosti na mjestima adhezijske veze. Nakon razrade dizajna hibridni spoj će se 3D modelirati u CAD programu te će se izvršiti analiza naprezanja. Sljedeći korak obuhvaća izradu i testiranje uzorka ramena na kidalici. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata će se donijeti zaključci.
Abstract (english)
This paper will be discussing a proposed hybrid wishbone design, which is a particular component of a car’s suspension system. The wishbone is made as a three-part assembly joined by an adhesive bond of carbon fibre composite (CFRP) and aluminium alloy. Because of its low mass and high stiffness, CFRP is increasingly used in the automotive and motor sports industry. The focus of the research is the adhesive effect at different curing temperatures, with the application of different surface treatments and the adhesive gap size where the bond makes contact. After the development of the design, the hybrid joint will be 3D modelled in a CAD program and a stress analysis will be performed. The next step involves making and testing the wishbone design sample on the tensile testing machine. Based on the obtained results, conclusions will be drawn.
