Abstract
U završnom radu je prikazana izrada modela prototipa vakuum pumpe, odabirom najpovoljnije koncepcijske varijante metodičkim konstruiranjem. Izvršeno je ekonomsko i tehničko vrednovanje na osnovu liste želja i zahtjeva, te odabrana optimalna varijanta. Pomoću CFD analize izvršena je teoretska simulacija funkcionalnosti rotora u kućištu, a zatim simulacija u CAM programu. Na osnovu dobivenih parametara izrade prototipa rotora, utvrđena je potreba za korekcijom NC programa i geometrije alata, da bi se dobio kvalitetan proizvod.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis presents the design of a prototype vacuum pump model through the selection of the best conceptual variant by means of methodical design . Economic and technical evaluation was performed on the basis of wish list and requirements, and th e optimal variant was selected. Through the CFD analysis was performed theoretical simulation functionality in the rotor housing, and simulation in the CAM program. Based on the obtained parameters of the prototype rotor design, the needs for correction of the NC program and tool geometry were determined in order to obtain a quality product.
