Abstract
Analiziralo se poslovanje poduzeća Grand hotel Lav d.o.o. na temelju financijskih izvješća. Proces analize se prakticira na horizontalnoj i vertikalnoj analizi primjenom analitičkih znanja i vještina te tumačenjima ostvarenih rezultata. Pomoću navedenih tehnika i usvojenog znanja, izvršene su analitičke spoznaje bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka. Također, analiza putem financijskih pokazatelja jedna je od najčešće korištenih tehnika analize financijskih izvješća. Pokazatelji financijske analize prikazuju stvarno stanje i zaključke o tijeku poslovanja poduzeća. Napravljena je analiza financijskih pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i investiranja poduzeća. Dobiveni rezultati predstavljaju poduzeće kao uspješno tj. da posluje uz dobru likvidnost, nisku zaduženost te učinkovito korištenje imovine kao i profitabilno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
Business of Grand hotel Lav d.o.o. company was analysed basing on the financial reports. The process of analysis is practised on horizontal and vertical analysis using analytical knowledge and skills as also interpreting their result. With these techniques and obtained knowledge, analytical cognition of balance sheet and income statement was done. Furthermore, analysis with financial indicators is one of the most used techniques of analysing financial statements. Financial indicators are representing realistic situation and conclusions of business flow. An analysis of financial indicators was done: liquidity, indebtedness, activity, profitability and investment. The given results are representing company as successful, working with good liquidity, low indebtedness and efficiently using company’s assets and also profitable business.
