Abstract
Pojmovi etike, morala sežu daleko u prošlost. Njenom problematikom i kompleksnošću bavile su se brojne organizacije. Danas se koncept etike razvio do najmanjih detalja da bi pružio svojim korisnicima kraći put za donošenje ispravnih poslovnih ili osobnih odluka. U današnje vrijeme poslodavci i zaposlenici svakodnevno se susreću sa situacijama i odlukama u kojima treba preispitati etički pogled na cijelu situaciju. U tom slučaju tvrtke se vode etičkim kodeksom kao smjernicama u svom poslovanju. Mnoge privatne tvrtke imaju svoje verzije etičkog kodeksa prilagođenog njihovom poslovanje i poslovnim situacijama u kojima se susreću ili će se susresti. Isto tako etički kodeks se primjenjuje i kod državnih tvrtki, kao što je primjerice Hrvatska gospodarska komora, koja poziva sve svoje članove na usvajanje i potpisivanje istog. U ovom radu upoznat ćemo se etikom, te osnovnim konceptima vezano uz nju. U radu će se na primjeru Ryanair-a obraditi poslovanja te važeći etički kodeks kojeg se pridržavaju svi zaposlenici. Naime neke se stavke iz etičkog kodeksa odnose i na zaposlenike nakon prestanka radnog odnosa. Sve to pomaže tvrtki da održi svoje poslovanje na visokom nivou uspješnosti.
Abstract (english)
The concepts of ethics and morality go back a long way. Many organizations dealt with its problems and complexity. Today, the concept of ethics has evolved to the smallest detail to provide its users with a shorter path for making correct business or personal decisions. Nowadays, employers and employees are daily faced with situations and decisions in which the ethical view of the whole situation needs to be reconsidered. In this case, companies are guided by the code of ethics as guidelines in their business. Many private companies have their own version of a code of ethics that is tailored to their business and the situations they encounter or will encounter. The code of ethics is also applied to state organizations, such as the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, where it invites all its members to adopt and sign it. In this paper, we will learn about ethics and the basic concepts related to it. The paper will use the example of Ryanair to deal with business operations and the valid code of ethics that all employees adhere to. Namely, some items from the code of ethics also apply to employees after termination of employment. All this helps the company to maintain its business at a high level of performance.
