Abstract
Komunikacija u bankarskom poslovanju predstavlja ključni element za uspješno poslovanje, interakciju s klijentima, suradnicima i regulatorima te održavanje povjerenja i integriteta u sektoru koji se neprestano mijenja. U ovom završnom radu predstavlja se važnost i način komunikacije u bankarstvu, analiziraju se njeni ključni aspekti i izazovi te razmatraju buduće perspektive u navedenom sektoru. Komunikacija u bankarskom poslovanju dijeli se na internu i eksternu. Interna komunikacija obuhvaća komunikaciju unutar banke među zaposlenicima, dok eksterna komunikacija uključuje interakciju s klijentima, dobavljačima, regulatorima i širom javnošću. Oba oblika komunikacije su iznimno važni u oblikovanju reputacije banke i stvaranju povjerenja. Trenutačno stanje komunikacije u bankarstvu odražava rastuću važnost digitalnih kanala komunikacije. Banke sve više koriste digitalizaciju s ciljem zadovoljavanja potreba klijenata koji očekuju brzu i jednostavnu interakciju s bankom putem interneta i mobilnih i/ili desktop uređaja. Spomenuto digitalno povezivanje donosi brojne prednosti, ali također izaziva zabrinutost u vezi sigurnosti podataka i privatnosti klijenata. Pretpostavka je kako će se u budućnosti komunikacija u bankarstvu razvijati i prilagođavati novim tehnologijama i trendovima. U tom procesu personalizacija će odigrati ključnu ulogu, a bankarske institucije će koristiti analitiku podataka i umjetnu inteligenciju kako bi bolje razumjele potrebe klijenata i pružile im relevantne informacije i usluge. Korištenje nekoliko kanala komunikacije istovremeno će postati norma, omogućujući klijentima da biraju način kojim žele komunicirati s bankom.
Abstract (english)
Communication in banking is a key element for successful business, interaction with clients, colleagues and regulators, and maintaining trust and integrity in a sector that is constantly changing. This long summary explores the importance of communication in banking, analyzes its key aspects and challenges, and considers future perspectives in this sector. Communication in banking can be divided into internal and external. Internal communication includes communication within the bank among employees, while external communication includes interaction with clients, suppliers, regulators and the general public. Both forms of communication play a key role in shaping the bank's reputation and creating trust. The current state of communication in banking reflects the growing importance of digital communication channels. Banks have increasingly turned to digitalization in order to meet changes in the behavior of clients who expect quick and easy interaction with the bank via the Internet and mobile devices. This digital connectivity brings many benefits, but also raises concerns about data security and customer privacy. In the future, communication in banking will develop and adapt to new technologies and trends. Personalization will become key, and banking institutions will use data analytics and artificial intelligence to better understand customer needs and provide them with relevant information and services. Multiple channels of communication will become the norm, allowing customers to choose how they want to interact with the bank.
