Abstract
Kada korporacija ili vlada želi pozajmiti novac najĉešće će to uĉiniti na naĉin da izda obveznice. U Republici Hrvatskoj obveznice se izdaju na Zagrebaĉkoj burzi. Vrednovanjem obveznica se odreĊuje sadašnja vrijednost nekog oblika imovine, to jest ulaganja. Ispravno vrednovanje obveznica važno je kako za emitente tako i za investitore. Obveznice su pogodne za investitore koji imaju averziju prema riziku. Definirat će se obveznice koje će biti pobliže objašnjene, baš kao kotiranje i rangiranje te vrednovanje obveznica. Rad takoĊer sadrži usporedbu prinosa do dospijeća i tekućeg prinosa koji će pokazati koji je prinos bolji za investitore.
Abstract (english)
When corporation or goverment wants to borrow money, usual way to do that is to issue the bonds. In Replublic of Croatia, bonds are being issued on Zagreb stock exchange. By valuating the bonds you determe present value of some mode of assets or investment. Proper valuation of bonds is important for issuents and as much as for the investors. Bonds are suitable for investors who have an aversion to risk. Bonds will be defined and explained more closely, just like quotation and ranking and valuation. This work also contains comparison between yield to maturity and the current yield that will show which yield is better for investors.
