The idea of this paper work is to create an Android quiz application. The application allows the user to choose his favorite category of questions from among the four offered, and within it to access one of the three tests. Within the test, the user starts with the quiz. After completing the quiz, the user is given his result and the number of correct, incorrect and unanswered questions. He is also shown a ranking of the ten best players. The administrator has a role in the maintenance of the application, therefore, he manipulates the data in such a way that he can change, add or delete the content of the application. The technologies used in the creation of the application are Android Studio, Google Firebase and the Java programming language. Android Studio is the official Google IDE for creating Android mobile applications and uses the Java programming language. Firebase is a development platform that helps create mobile applications. In this paper work it is used for user and administrator authentication (registration and login), and for saving user data, as well as quiz content in the form of categories, tests and questions.
