Abstract
Ovaj završni rad detaljno analizira automobilsko osiguranje, s posebnim osvrtom na proces, izazove i probleme obrade štete kod automobilskog osiguranja. Automobilsko osiguranje proizlazi iz potrebe za zaštitom od nepredviđenih događaja. U automobilskom osiguranju naknada štete predstavlja ispunjenje temeljnog zadatka samog osiguranja. Detaljno će se iznijeti faze naknade štete sama prijava, prikupljanje potrebne dokumentacije, isplata štete, postupanje po prigovoru te samo arhiviranje štete. Svako osiguranje teži obnovi povjerenja korisnika pa samim time teži i povećanju transparentnosti, pojednostavljenju postupka i osiguranju brzine i točnosti u obradi zahtjeva. Suradnjom svih sudionika moguće je stvoriti industriju osiguranja koja bi nudila pouzdanu zaštitu osiguranicima.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis analyses car insurance in details, while emphasizing the procedures, challenges and issues of processing damage report. Car insurance results is the result of need for protection against unforeseen events. Final compensation represents the fulfilment of main task of car insurance itself. Compensation stages will be presented in details - application, necessary documentation, processes, final payment and damage archiving. Every assurance strives to restore customer trust and thus they tend to increase simplicity, urgency, transparency and accuracy while processing the reports. With the cooperation of all participants, it is possible to create insurance industry that would offer reliable protection to insured persons.
