Abstract
Ovaj rad provodi komparativnu analizu uz pomoć pokazatelja zaduženosti, na primjeru hotelskih poduzeća smještenih u Splitsko-Dalmatinskoj županiji. U teorijskom dijelu definirana je uloga hotelijerstva u Republici Hrvatskoj, kao i sama definicija pokazatelja zaduženosti. U empirijskom dijelu predočeni su podaci preuzeti iz financijskih izvještaja, 5 vodećih hotelskih poduzeća u županiji, kao i njihovi koeficijenti zaduženosti. Komparativna analiza zaduženosti je pokazala da među promatranim poduzećima postoje vrlo značajne razlike kada je u pitanju razina i struktura zaduženosti, ali isto tako da su sva promatrana poduzeća uglavnom bolja od prosjeka djelatnosti i nisu prezadužena.
Abstract (english)
This paper performs a comparative analysis with indices of indebtedness, for example, of hotel companies located in the Split-Dalmatia County. The theoretical part defines the role of hotel industry in the Republic of Croatia as well as the definition of indebtedness itself. In the empirical part all data taken from the financial statements, the 5 leading hotel companies in the county, as well as their indebtedness coefficients are presented. Comparative analysis showed there are significant differences among observed companies, but they are all mostly better than the average and are not highly indebted.
