Abstract
U ovom završnom radu će se istaknuti koliko je financiranje važno, odnosno neophodno za opstanak, poslovanje i razvoj svakog gospodarskog subjekta. Menadžeri imaju bitnu ulogu u odlučivanju izvora financiranja poduzeća, stoga trebaju imati široko znanje kao bi u svakom trenutku mogli osigurati potrebna sredstva za financiranje i razvijanje poduzeća. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati sve izvore financiranja, te detaljnije objasniti financiranje emisijom obveznica. Poduzeće se može financirati iz dugoročnih ili kratkoročnih, vlastitih ili tuđih izvora financiranja. Financiranje emisijom obveznica je dugoročni izvor financiranja s ciljem prikupljanja potrebnih sredstava s unaprijed utvrđenim rokom povrata. Obveznice može izdavati država, županija ili gradovi te gospodarski subjekti. U završnom radu će se detaljnije objasniti i definirati emisija obveznica, vrste obveznica, kamate, prinos, rangiranje, te analiza obveznica sa Zagrebačke burze.
Abstract (english)
This final work will show importance of a funding which is necessary for survival and development of enterprises. Funding decisions are a set of important decisions made by financial managers who need to have a large knowledge so they can provide necessary funds for financing and developing their enterprises. 2 The aim of this final work is to show all sources of funding, and to explain more in detail a financing of bond issuance. Enterprises can be financed by long-term or short-term bonds, by own or external sources of funding. Bonds are a long-term source of funding with period of return that is known in advance. Bonds may be issued by gouverment, states and municipalites and by companies. Issue of bonds, bounds, interest rates, yield, rankings, and analysis of bonds from the Zagreb Stock Exchange will be explained detailed.
