Abstract
Rad se bavi tematikom utjecaja navijačkih skupina na imidž grada Splita. U drugom poglavlju pruža teorijski pregled o navijačkim skupinama općenito te o Torcidi kao konkretnom primjeru. Potom se analizira pojam imidža te utjecaj sportskih klubova i navijačkih skupina na imidž nekog grada. U četvrtom, empirijskom istraživanju, cilj je bio ispitati kakvog je karaktera i kojeg intenziteta utjecaj Torcide, navijačke skupine Nogometnog kluba Hajduk, na prepoznatljivost Splita kao sportskog grada. U tu svrhu proveden je anketni upitnik u kojem su ispitani stavovi i mišljenja osoba o utjecaju Torcide na imidž grada te o njihovim dojmovima vezanim za proslavu 70 godina Torcide u Splitu. Analizom istraživanja došlo se do zaključka kako većina ispitanika pozitivno percipira utjecaj navijačke skupine Torcida i kluba Hajduk na imidž grada Splita. Istraživanje je, između ostalog, pokazalo kako su Torcida i Hajduk neodvojiv dio imidža Splita te da kao takvi djeluju kao promotori samog grada u svijetu.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the topic of the influence of fan groups on the image of the city of Split. In the second chapter, a theoretical overview of fan groups in general is provided and Torcida is presented as a specific example. Then, the concept of image and the influence of sports clubs and fan gropus on the image of a city are analyzed. The fourth chapter, which is based on empirical research, was aimed at examining the nature and intensity of Torcida's influence on the recognition of the city of Split as a city of sports. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to determine the attitudes and opinions of the citizens about the celebration of 70 years of Torcida in Split. The analysis of the survey came to the conclusion that the majority of respondents agree with the opinion that the Torcida fan group and the Hajduk club are integral parts of Split's image and, as such, act as promoters of the city itself in the world.
