Abstract
U ovom radu analizirat će se novčani tokovi investicijskih projekata. Generalno, investicijski projekt se može definirati kao određeni pothvat ili inicijativa koja zahtijeva raspodjelu resursa poput kapitala, vremena i truda s očekivanjem ostvarenja koristi ili financijske dobiti u budućnosti. Odnosno, investicijski projekt predstavlja skup aktivnosti poput planiranja, organiziranja, vođenja, financiranja i upravljanja poduzetničkim pothvatom koji se temelji na angažiranju kapitala kao osnovnim uvjetom. Analizom novčanih tokova u investicijskim projektima može se procijenit i njihova održivost i isplativost. Dobro razumijevanje dinamike novčanog toka investicijskog projekta krucijalno je za donošenje utemeljenih odluka o ulaganju i upravljanju financijskim rizicima. S ciljem boljeg razumijevanja istog u radu je prikazan primjer izračuna novčanih tokova u investicijskom projektu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis will analyze cash flows in investment projects. In general, an investment project can be defined as a specific undertaking or initiative that requires the allocation of resources such as capital, time and effort with the expectation of benefit or financial profit in the future. That is, an investment project represents a set of activities such as planning, organizing, leading, financing and managing an entrepreneurial venture based on capital engagement as a basic condition. Analysis of cash flows in investment projects can assess their viability and profitability. A good understanding of the cash flow dynamics of an investment project is crucial for making informed decisions about investment and financial risk management. In order to better understand it, the paper presents an example of calculating cash flows in an investment project.
