Abstract
Rad "Izrada web aplikacije za prodaju nekretnina" fokusira se na razvoj sveobuhvatne web aplikacije koja omogućuje efikasno upravljanje procesom prodaje nekretnina. Aplikacija pruža različite uloge korisnika, uključujući administratore, prodavače/klijente i goste/kupce. Prodavači mogu stvoriti vlastite profile, predstaviti nekretnine putem kataloga sa slikama i opisima te slati pozivnice klijentima putem e-pošte radi promocije nekretnina. Gost može kontaktirati prodavača put e-maila, ako ga zaintrigira određena nekretnina. C#, .Net i Angular tehnologije koriste se za razvoj ove aplikacije, pružajući moderno i intuitivno korisničko iskustvo. Ovaj rad istražuje proces razvoja i funkcionalnosti aplikacije, naglašavajući važnost povezivanja prodavača i kupaca putem digitalne platforme za bržu i praktičniju trgovinu nekretninama.
Abstract (english)
The work "Development of a web application for real estate sales" focuses on the development of a comprehensive web application that enables efficient management of the real estate sales process. The application provides various user roles, including administrators, sellers/clients, and guests/customers. Sellers can create their own profiles, present properties through catalogs with images and descriptions, and send invitations to clients via email to promote properties. Guests have the option of contacting the seller via e-mail when they are interested in certain properties, in order to get in further contact with the seller. C#, .Net and Angular technologies are used to develop this application, providing a modern and intuitive user experience. This paper explores the application development process and functionality, highlighting the importance of connecting sellers and buyers through a digital platform for faster and more convenient real estate trading.
