Abstract
U današnje vrijeme, pored modernizacije svakog segmenta života, medicinsko poslovanje je ostalo i dalje jako teško za modernizirati. Tema rada je pružanje lakše i brže medicinske usluge osobne anamneze pacijentima, jednostavniji pregled njihovih podataka, te olakšavanje posla prilikom pregleda liječnika. Poslužiteljski dio aplikacije izrađen je u ASP.NET radnom okruženju u programskom jeziku C#. Klijentsko sučelje izađeno je korištenjem HTML, CSS, Bootstrap biblioteke te JavaScript.
Abstract (english)
In today's time, alongside the modernization of every aspect of life, the field of medical business has remained quite challenging to modernize. The topic of the paper is providing an easier and quicker medical service for patients' personal medical histories, simplifying the review of their data, and facilitating the tasks during doctor's examinations. The server-side of the application was developed in the ASP.NET framework using the C# programming language. A MySQL database was used for data storage. The client interface was created using HTML, CSS, the Bootstrap library, and JavaScript.
