Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira financijske izvještaje poduzeća Olympia Vodice d.d. Poduzeće Olympia Vodice d.d. je poduzeće za ugostiteljstvo, turizam i turistiĉka agencija. U radu su obraĊeni pokazatelji financijske analize za razdoblje od 2019. do 2022. godine. Godišnji financijski izvještaji prikazuju poslovanje svakog društva. Financijski izvještaji koje sastavljaju poduzetnici su definirani Zakonom o raĉunovodstvu. Financijski izvještaji su izvještaj o financijskom poloţaju (bilanca), raĉun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novĉanom toku, izvještaj o promjenama glavnice i bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Financijski izvještaji moraju osigurati pouzdane informacije kako bi se mogle donositi upravljaĉke odluke, upotrebljive informacije sadašnjim i potencijalnim investitorima i kreditorima, informacije o resursima poduzetnika i njihovim izvorima, informacije o uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća i sl. Analiza financijskih izvještaja dio je poslovne analize te se provodi sa svrhom upoznavanja ekonomske i financijske snage poduzeća. Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati analitiĉke metode i tehnike koje sluţe za interpretaciju podataka koji se pojavljuju u financijskim izvještajima, a koji sluţe za potrebe vlasnika i menadţmenta, kreditora i drugih korisnika.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the financial statements of the company Olympia Vodice d.d. The company Olympia Vodice d.d. is a catering, tourism and travel agency company. The paper deals with financial analysis indicators for the period from 2019 to 2022. Annual financial reports show the operations of each company. Financial statements prepared by entrepreneurs are defined by the Accounting Act. Financial statements are the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity and notes to the financial statements. Financial statements must provide reliable information in order to be able to make management decisions, usable information for current and potential investors and creditors, information about the resources of entrepreneurs and their sources, information about the success of the company's operations, etc. The analysis of financial statements is part of business analysis and is carried out with the purpose of getting to know the economic and financial strength of the company. The goal of this professional paper is to present analytical methods and techniques that serve to interpret data appearing in financial statements, which serve the needs of owners and management, creditors and other users.
