Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog rada jest ocjena investicijskog projekta, a prethodno je potrebno objasniti sam pojam investicije. Investicije predstavljaju bilo kakvo ulaganje radi stjecanja određenih ekonomskih koristi, odnosno ostvarenja profita. Ekonomsko financijska analiza se provodi na temelju dinamičkih i statičkih metoda ocjene investicijskog projekta kako bi se došlo do realne ocjene projekta i njegove uspješnosti koja bi investitoru omogućila da donese pravilnu odluku o tome hoće li ulagati u određeni projekt ili ne. Kroz rad se govori općenito o investicijama i njihovim bitnim elementima, novčanim tokovima, metodama ocjene investicijskog projekta te se na kraju to sve prikazuje na praktičnom primjeru.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this thesis is the evaluation of the investment project, and first it is necessary to explain the very concept of investment. Investments represent any investment for the purpose of obtaining certain economic benefits, i.e. making a profit. Economic and financial analysis is carried out on the basis of dynamic and static methods of assessment of the investment project in order to arrive at a realistic assessment of the project and its performance, which would enable the investor to make the right decision on whether to invest in a specific project or not. The thesis talks about investments and their essential elements, cash flows, investment project evaluation methods, and at the end all of this is shown on a practical example.
