Abstract
Suvremena poduzeća posluju u dinamičnoj okolini s velikim brojem konkurenata, stoga je potrebno ulagati u inovacije kako bi se osigurao opstanak i rast na tržištu. Inovativno poduzeće je otvoreno za promjene i brzo reagira na iste, stoga je potrebno kvalitetno upravljati inovacijama. Poduzeća trebaju razvijati kulturu inoviranja koja potiče inovacije, stvarati nove koncepte, razvijati proizvode, ulagati u preoblikovanje proizvodnih i marketing procesa te upravljati znanjem i tehnologijom. Kroz rad se obrađuje i definira pojam inovacija, marketinga i marketinške učinkovitosti. Također se navode različite klasifikacije inovacija te se detaljnije obrađuje proces usvajanja inovacija sa čimbenicima bitnim pri implementaciji inovacija.
Abstract (english)
Modern companies operate in a dynamic environment with a large number of competitors, so it is necessary to invest in innovation in order to ensure market growth. The innovative company is open to change and responds quickly to changes, therefore it is necessary to manage innovation. Companies need to develop a culture of innovation that encourages innovation, create new concepts, develop products, invest in transformation of production and marketing processes and manage knowledge and technology. Through the work, the concept of innovation, marketing and marketing efficiency is defined and defined. Various inventions of innovations are also cited, and in more detail the process of adopting innovations with the factors important in the implementation of innovations.
