Abstract
U ovomu završnom radu provedena je analiza financijskih izvještaja Atlantic Grupe i Podravke d.d. Podaci uzeti iz 2020. i 2021. godine uspoređeni su te naknadno interpretirani, a sve radi utvrđivanja uspješnosti poslovanja. Za oba poduzeća korišteni su revidirani nekonsolidirani financijski izvještaji objavljeni na Zagrebačkoj burzi. Prvi dio rada sastoji se od definicije osnovnih pojmova, a drugi dio predstavlja horizontalnu i vertikalnu analizu te analizu pokazatelja profitabilnosti. Na samom početku polazi se od predpostavke da je 2020. godina za oba poduzeća lošija godina zbog pojave covid krize. Na kraju se nalazi zaključak koji donosi detaljnije objašnjenje o dobivenim rezultatima.
Abstract (english)
In this final project we conducted analysis of two financial statements, Atlantic Group and Podravka d.d. . We took 2020 and 2021 data, compared it and analyzed it to measure business success. For both companies, we used audited and unsolicited financial reports that are available on Zagrebacka Burza. In the first part of the project we are defining the basic terms while in the second part we are discussing horizontal, vertical, and profitability analysis. In the beginning, we assumed that 2020 year was worse year for both companies due to Covid crisis. In the end, we draw a conclusion which explains the results in more details.
