Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja opisuje se kao primjena različitih analitičkih tehnika i sredstava pomoću kojih se ti podaci pretvaraju u informacije potrebne za funkcije upravljanja. Pomoću analize financijskih izvještaja može se utvrditi stanje poduzeća i njegova financijska stabilnost. Kako bi se mogli praviti planovi za budućnost, financijski menadžment treba prvenstveno analizirati poslovanje kako bi na temelju ostvarenog mogli težiti k ostvarivanju istih, te na temelju ostvarenog u prethodnim razdobljima donositi odgovarajuće odluke. Tema završnog rada je analiza financijskih izvještaja na primjeru poduzeća Maraska d.d. Osim teorijskog dijela, analizu poduzeća sam radila na temelju različitih pokazatelja, gdje sam mogla iz toga zaključiti kako je poduzeće poslovalo, je li ono bilo uspješno, zaduženo itd.
Abstract (english)
We describe the analysis of financial statements as the application of various analytical techniques and means by which these data are transformed into information necessary for management functions. Using the analysis of financial statements, we can determine the state of the company and its financial stability. In order to be able to make plans for the future, financial management should primarily analyze the business so that, based on what has been achieved, they can strive to achieve them, and based on what has been achieved in previous periods, make appropriate decisions. The topic of the final paper is the analysis of financial statements on the example of the company Maraska d.d. In addition to the theoretical part, I analyzed the company based on different ratios, where I could conclude from that how the company operated, whether it was successful, in debt, etc.
