Abstract
Kontrola kao jedna od temeljnih funkcija menadžmenta, usko je povezana sa svim ostalim funkcijama te je zbog svoje uloge kontroliranja i korekcije ostvarenih rezultata smještena na kraju procesa menadžmenta. Za proces kontroliranja karakteristično je da ima četiri faze koje se mogu podijeliti na postavljanje standarda, mjerenje performansi, usporedba standarda i performansi te na kraju provođenje korektivnih mjera. Uzimajući u obzir kontrolu outputa treba znati da svaka razina ima svoje specifične karakteristike i zato se provodi na individualnoj, funkcijskoj, divizijskoj i korporacijskoj razini. Kod metoda i tehnika kontrole razlikujemo financijsku kontrolu, kontrolu operacija, kontrolu marketinga i kontrolu ljudskih resursa.
Abstract (english)
Control, as one of the fundamental functions of management, is closely related to all other functions and, due to its role of controlling and correcting achieved results, is placed at the end of the management process. It is characteristic of the control process that it has four phases that can be divided into standard setting, performance measurement, comparison of standards and performance, and finally implementation of corrective measures. Taking into account output control, it should be known that each level has its own specific characteristics and is therefore carried out at the individual, functional, divisional and corporate level. When it comes to control methods and techniques, we distinguish between financial control, operations control, marketing control and human resources control.
