Abstract
Ovim radom je prikazan postupak odabira materijala i dimenzija nosivih elemenata trodijelnoga hidrauličkoga teleskopskoga krana. Odabir navedenoga izvšiti će se prethodnom analizom opterećenja koja djeluje na metalnu konstrukciju krana. Prikazati će se iznosi i smjerovi djelovanja sila i momenata potrebnih za analizu i proračun. Nakon provebe proračuna te odabira konstrukcijskih dimenzija i materijala biti će opisana tehnologija izrade konstrukcije. Provjera rezultata proračuna obavit će se softverskom analizom primjenom programskog paketa Autodesk Inventor. U tu svrhu izraditi će se pojednostavljeni model teleskopskoga krana. Očekivani iznosi ekvivalentnog naprezanja dobivenog proračunom i FEA analizom trebaju biti unutar +/-5%. Ovo je glavni zadatak završnog rada, te ukoliko odstupanje u dobivenim rezultatima bude veće izvršiti će se revizija proračuna.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this final work is selection of material and dimensions for manufacturing a three sectioned cantilevered hydraulic telescopic boom. Selection of material and dimensions will be based on design calculations where main reaction forces and moments will be determined by analitically calculations. For checking accuracy of analitically calculations aditional static analysis will be made in Autodesk Inventor. For this purpose, a simplified model of telescopic boom will be made in Inventor. Results from analitically calculations and results determined in Autodesk Inventor have to be in range of +/5 %. If this goal could not be achieved it has to be made a revision of analitically calculations. Final part of this work is reserved for comparision of results given by analitically calculations and Autodesk Inventor. After comparision is made, some final observations about selection of material wil be given.
