Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazuje se elaboracija poduzetničkog projekta na primjeru osiguranja kućnih ljubimaca. Ovim poduzetničkim projektom utvrđuju se osnovne karakteristike poduzeća, daje se opis usluga koje će poduzeće nuditi na tržištu, te se daje informacija o vrsti industrije kojoj dotično poduzeće pripada. Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi je li pokretanje poduzetničkog projekta na primjeru osiguranja kućnih ljubimaca financijski isplativo. U tu svrhu provedena je analiza industrije, analiza tržišta, analiza kupaca, te analiza konkurencije. Napravljena je marketing strategija kojom se planira plasirati usluge na tržište. Napravljena je tehnološko-tehnička i lokacijska analiza, te ekonomsko – financijska analiza projekta. Navedenom analizom ustanovljena je financijska isplativost projekta. S obzirom da se uvjeti na tržištu stalno mijenjaju napravljena je i analiza osjetljivosti projekta.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the elaboration of an entrepreneurial project based on the example of pet insurance. This entrepreneurial project determines the basic characteristics of the company, provides a description of the services that the company will offer on the market, and provides information on the type of industry to which this company belongs. The aim of this work is to determine whether starting an entrepreneurial project on the example of pet insurance is financially profitable or not. For this purpose, industry analysis, market analysis, customer analysis, and competition analysis were conducted. A marketing strategy was created, which plans to place services on the market. A technological-technical and locational analysis, as well as an economic-financial analysis of the project were made. The above analysis established the financial profitability of the project. Given that market conditions are constantly changing, an analysis of the project's sensitivity to changed conditions was also made, which only once again confirmed the financial profitability of this project.
