Abstract
U ovome završnom radu prezentirana je zamjena zastarjelih sekundarnih sustava u RHE Velebit novima. Radi se o sustavima upravljanja i signalizacije, relejne zaštite, mjerenja i regulacije (skraćeno - USZMR). Prikazano je stanje pojedinog sustava prije zamjene, te stanje predviđeno zamjenom. Zamjenom opreme sekundarnih sustava želi se i nadalje osigurati potrebna razina funkcionalnosti i raspoloživosti rasklopnog postrojenja 400/110/36.75 kV RHE Velebit.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the replacement of obsolete secondary systems in RHE Velebit with new ones is presented. These are control and signalling systems, relay protection, measurement and regulation (abbreviated – USZMR). The state of each system before the replacement, and the state foreseen after the replacement is shown. By replacing the equipment of the secondary systems, the aim is to further ensure the necessary level of functionality and availability of the switchgear 400/110/36.75 kV RHE Velebit.
