Abstract
U radu je istaknuta važnost sustava turbinske regulacije u elektroenergetskom postrojenju kako bi se omogućila proizvodnja električne energije. Sustav turbinske regulacije regulira frekvenciju i djelatnu snagu agregata. Na primjeru Hidroelektrane Dubrovnik su opisani svi podsustavi turbinske regulacije. Objašnjeni su načini upravljanja i održavanja automatiziranog sustava turbinske regulacije posredstvom sustava nadzora i upravljanja postrojenjem pomoću procesnih stanica i SCADA sustava. Navedene su elektroničke i hidrauličke komponente regulacijskog sustava koje osiguravaju visoku pouzdanost u proizvodnji električne energije.
Abstract (english)
The paper highlights the importance of the turbine regulation system in the power plant in order to ensure the production of electricity. The turbine regulation system regulates the frequency and active power of the aggregate. All turbine regulation subsystems are described on the example of the Dubrovnik Hydroelectric Power Plant. The methods of management and maintenance of the automated turbine regulation system through the monitoring and control system of the plant using process stations and SCADA systems are explained. The electronic and hydraulic components of the regulation system are listed, which ensure high reliability in the production of electricity.
