Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim resursima je funkcija koja se bavi zapošljavanjem, motiviranjem i održavanjem radne snage u organizaciji. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima bavi se pitanjima koja se odnose na zaposlenike kao što su zapošljavanje, obuka, razvoj, naknada, motivacija, komunikacija i administracija. Ono osigurava zadovoljstvo zaposlenika i maksimalan doprinos zaposlenika ostvarenju organizacijskih ciljeva. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima pomaže premostiti jaz između učinka zaposlenika i strateških ciljeva organizacije. Štoviše, učinkovit tim za upravljanje ljudskim resursima može dati tvrtkama prednost nad konkurencijom.
Abstract (english)
Human resource management is a function that deals with recruiting, motivating and maintaining the workforce in an organization. Human resource management deals with issues related to employees such as recruitment, training, development, compensation, motivation, communication and administration. It ensures employee satisfaction and maximum employee contribution to the achievement of organizational goals. Human resource management helps bridge the gap between employee performance and the organization's strategic goals. Moreover, an effective HRM team can give companies an edge over the competition.
