Abstract
Dostupnost podataka temelj je dobrog energetskog planiranja i energetske politike. Bez podataka nije moguće pratiti stanje i trendove elektroenergetskog sustava te u sladu s tim planirati daljnji razvoj. Neophodno je raspolagati točnim podacima u svim područjima gospodarske aktivnosti, pa tako i u energetici. Cilj je prikupljati energetske podatke, izraditi mjesečne, kvartalne i godišnje izvještaje te razviti metode izrade energetske statistike uključujući energetske bilance, statistiku cijena te indikatore energetske učinkovitosti. U svrhu pouzdanosti i kvalitete isporuke električne energije potrebno je izvršiti anketu o potrošnji energije u skladu s Pravilnikom o energetskoj bilanci. Energetska bilanca izrađuje se paralelno u jedinicama karakterističnim za pojedine oblike energije (npr. kWh za električnu energiju, m 3 za plin i sl.), te u zajedničkoj mjernoj jedinici (npr. TJ) pri čemu se preračunavanje ostvaruje množenjem količina s ogrjevnim vrijednostima pojedinih oblika energije.
Abstract (english)
Availability of data is the basis of good energy planning and energy policy. Without data, it is not possible to monitor the state and trends of the electric power system and to plan further development accordingly. It is necessary to have accurate data in all areas of economic activity, including energy. The goal is to collect energy data, create monthly, quarterly and annual reports and develop methods of creating energy statistics, including energy balances, price statistics and energy efficiency indicators. For the purpose of reliability and quality of supplied electrical energy, it is necessary to carry out a survey on energy consumption in accordance with the Ordinance on Energy Balance. The energy balance is created in units characteristic for individual forms of energy (e.g. kWh for electricity, m 3 for gas, etc.), and in a common unit of measurement (e.g. TJ), whereby the conversion is achieved by multiplying quantities with the calorific values of individual forms of energy.
